Founder & Executive Director, Reparations Finance Lab

Enith Martin Williams began working with 17 Asset Management in 2021 and has been a Senior Advisor to the Institute since our founding. Enith is the Founder and Leader of the Reparations Finance Lab (RFL) following an international career spanning finance and the public sector. She served as an international banker at Merrill Lynch and worked with various economic development agencies for the Government of Jamaica.

Enith has extensive capital markets experience, having served as a member of the Board of Directors for the Export-Import Bank of Jamaica and Barita Investments Ltd., Jamaica. Additionally, she was a member of the enterprise team for 138 Student Living, the first Caribbean purpose-built student housing developed in partnership with the University of the West Indies, Mona.
