She currently resides in Boston, USA, where she is deeply engaged in her role as an associate consultant. Fatoumata holds a master’s degree in international business with a specialization in business analytics and a bachelor's degree in small and midsize enterprise management. In her consultancy role, she employs advanced analytics to develop organizational strategies that not only uphold core values but also strongly emphasize diversity, equity, and inclusion.
As an impact officer on the Africa Initiative Team, Fatoumata applies her expertise to foster infrastructure development across Africa, leveraging her deep knowledge and experience in strategic partnership development, enhanced by a strong emphasis on research and data-driven decision-making.
Fatoumata's dedication extends to environmental, social, and governance (ESG) principles, where she combines her business acumen and analytical skills with a passion for sustainable development and specializes in ESG investing.
