Judith François-Langevin, based in Montreal, Canada, is completing her certification in privacy law and cybersecurity. Her extensive domestic and international experience in advocacy, entrepreneurship, and market growth has led to political, diplomatic, and advocacy roles. Judith served as a business advisor in Asia and Africa, focusing on the socio-economic development of youth and fighting human trafficking. She also advised Canadian missions worldwide on digital communications tactics for human rights and democratic governance.

Throughout her career, Judith has negotiated partnerships, trained executives on cross-cultural business etiquette, and executed strategies to drive growth for organizations like The Duke of Edinburgh’s International Award. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from HEC Montreal and a Graduate Degree in Cybersecurity from McGill University. Currently, she designs and implements ethical data governance practices within the City of Montreal’s smart city ecosystem. Judith is also passionate about empowering women and youth, dedicating her free time to policy work through the Council of Women organization, and is fluent in French, English, Spanish, and Italian.
